Booking & Reservations
How do I book your vacation rental?
You can check availability and book through our booking page. Our property is professionally managed by Seaside Vacations. You can book online 24/7 or call their office to speak with a reservation specialist. A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
What is the minimum stay?
During peak season (June, July, August) and some holiday periods, rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum stay. During the offseason, the minimum stay is three to four nights depending on availability. Contact Seaside Vacations for specific dates.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel 30 or more days before arrival, you’ll receive a refund minus a $150 service and handling charge. Cancellations less than 30 days out are only refunded if the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same period (minus the $150 fee). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance — it’s available through Red Sky Travel Insurance at 7.75% of your total rental amount and covers hurricanes, illness, and other unexpected circumstances.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Seaside Vacations does not rent to individuals or groups under the age of 25. Parents or legal guardians must accompany anyone under 25 and must stay in the rental for the entire period. No exceptions.
How many guests can the condo sleep?
Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests. We have two king beds and one queen bed (all memory foam), plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Per fire and safety codes, the unit cannot exceed its maximum occupancy.
The Property
Where exactly is the condo?
We’re at 601 Hillside Dr N in the Ocean Keyes gated community in North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. The condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We’re 0.65 miles from the beach and just ~0.4 miles from Main Street via the 2nd Ave N side exit (about a 7-minute walk). Learn more on our Our Condo page.
Is there parking?
Yes! Free parking is included. You’ll receive parking passes at check-in — our unit allows 2 vehicles. Please note that motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, campers, oversized vehicles, and boats are not permitted. Parking passes must be displayed on your rear-view mirror at all times.
What amenities are included?
Inside the condo: Full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig, drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, toaster oven), washer/dryer, 65-inch Smart TV with Spectrum cable and streaming, 43-inch Smart TVs in each bedroom, gig-speed WiFi, enclosed glass patio with ceiling fans, and memory foam mattresses in every room.
Community amenities: Multiple pools and hot tubs, fitness center (treadmills, stair climber, bike, machines, free weights), tennis courts, game room with pool table and ping pong, shared grills, and 24/7 gated security.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — we have gig-speed internet throughout the condo. Fast enough for streaming, video calls, and keeping the whole family connected.
Is the property pet-friendly?
No. Pets are not allowed at our property. If evidence of a pet is found, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund, and additional charges for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and flea spray will apply.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All Seaside Vacations units are non-smoking, including the balcony and patio. A minimum fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found, and you may be evicted without a refund.
Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check-in?
The check-in process begins at 4:00 PM. You’ll receive a text message when your rental is ready. All check-ins happen at the Seaside Vacations office at 501 Main Street in North Myrtle Beach — not at the property itself. Bring your driver’s license or state ID. You’ll receive keys, entry instructions, amenity passes (pool wristbands, gate cards), WiFi info, and driving directions to the condo.
If you’re arriving after 5:00 PM, contact Seaside Vacations in advance to arrange after-hours check-in.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, no exceptions. Before you leave: empty the trash, start the dishwasher, place dirty linens in the bathtub (leave bedspreads and mattress pads on beds), set the thermostat to 74°F (summer) or 55°F (winter), and make sure the door is locked. Return your keys, pool wristbands, and gate cards to the Seaside Vacations office at 501 Main Street.
What should I bring?
The condo is fully furnished and equipped for cooking and comfortable living. However, you’ll need to bring: beach towels, food and condiments, personal toiletries (soap, shampoo), cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels — a starter goody bag is provided at check-in), and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler — or rent them locally from North Strand Beach Service at 843-272-3259). Don’t forget sunscreen and golf clubs!

Getting Around
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach access is about 0.65 miles from the condo — roughly a 12-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. North Myrtle Beach has wide, uncrowded beaches with four distinct sections to explore.
Do I need a car?
We recommend having a car to get the most out of your trip, especially for golf and restaurants. However, Main Street is just ~0.4 miles away via the 2nd Ave N side exit (about 7 minutes on foot) — you can walk to several restaurants, bars, and shag clubs. How close are the golf courses?
You’re in the heart of Grand Strand golf country! Barefoot Resort (4 championship courses) is about 10 minutes away. Tidewater, consistently rated the area’s top course, is 15 minutes north. Over 80 courses are within 30 minutes. See our complete golf course guide.
Area & Activities
What is there to do besides golf and the beach?
Plenty! Barefoot Landing has shopping, dining, and entertainment (including Alabama Theatre and Alligator Adventure). Main Street in Ocean Drive has live music, shag dancing, and great bars. What’s the best time to visit?
Every season has its charm! Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) offer the best weather, smaller crowds, and great golf rates.
